One key reason for the woes was the lack of success in the passing game, which allowed the defense to key in on any run.For Cleveland to find any success on offense, Monken needs to open up the deep parts of the field in the passing game to keep the Buccaneers from focusing all their attention on the ground.Get Harold Fannin Jr. involved earlySecond-year tight end Harold Fannin Jr. had a surprisingly quiet Week One performance against the Jaguars.After an impressive rookie season with the struggling franchise, the former 2025 third-round pick finished with two receptions for 21 yards in his season debut. However, Monken may start funneling the offense toward Fannin against the Buccaneers. Last Sunday, Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki was the main catalyst on offense, recording five receptions for 75 yards and one touchdown.Tampa Bay’s secondary unit struggled to contain Gesicki despite limiting star wideout Ja’Marr Chase to two receptions for 12 yards.
