Ahead of the 2026 NFL season, many outlets are reviewing and outlining their top 100 players going into the year. Pro Football Network is no different.Five Denver Broncos made PFN’s list of their top 100 players going into 2026, and all of them landed inside the top 60. This kind of showing highlights the strengths found on the overall roster, as the Broncos made it a point to double down on the in-house talent already in the building. Notably, each of the players on the list has signed a contract extension with the Broncos in the past three seasons, showing their value to the team.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThe lowest on the list was pass-rusher Nik Bonitto, who came in at No. 59. “Nik Bonitto has grown into a pass-rushing dynamo during his time with the Denver Broncos,” the article read. “Now entering his fifth season in the NFL, the Oklahoma alumnus has combined for 27.5 sacks in his last two seasons, trailing only Myles Garrett in sack totals in that span. He’s also earned Pro Bowl recognition and finished in the top ten in Defensive Player of the Year voting both years.”Defensive tackle Zach Allen came in three spots ahead of Bonitto at No. 56. “With his elite pass-rushing ability and his inside-outside flexibility, Allen is surely a headache for NFL offensive coaches to plan for,” read the article.Moving to the offensive side of the ball, guard Quinn Meinerz came in at No. 35. “The top guard on this year’s PFN NFL Top 100, Quinn Meinerz, has solidified himself as one of the elite offensive linemen in the NFL today,” the article read. “Fun fact: the former Division III standout at Wisconsin-Whitewater is also the highest-rated player on this list to have not played college football at the FBS level.”Coming in at No. 24 on the list is left tackle Garett Bolles. Bolles propelled into the top 25, the second-highest offensive lineman on the list behind only Detroit Lions tackle Penei Sewell. “Having not allowed a single sack in 803 pass-blocking reps in 2025, Bolles was as good as they got last season,” read the article. “He had been an above-average starting tackle for much of his NFL career, but looked truly elite last season.”AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementFinally, topping the list (even ahead of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes) is cornerback Pat Surtain at No. 7. “Though Surtain’s interception numbers dipped in 2025, his allowed completion percentage of just 52.5% was much better than his DPOY season in 2024,” the article said. “He’s a big-bodied, intelligent, sticky cornerback with the movement skills and the route recognition to shut down just about any wide receiver in the NFL.”OLB Nik Bonitto (No. 59)DT Zach Allen (No. 56)OL Quinn Meinerz (No. 35)OL Garett Bolles (No. 24)CB Pat Surtain (No. 7)The mix of offense and defense on the list shows the Broncos aren’t just a one-trick pony (pun intended). Instead, they are a well-rounded, battle-tested team ready to dive back in and compete for champions
