Arguably the most infamous division in the AFC, the East, keeps shining. With the Bills and Patriots delivering big successes, what role remains for the Dolphins and Jets? Perhaps Malik Willis is the missing link, or David Bailey could shift New York’s fortune. Whatever the speculation, here are the most impactful AFC East players in fantasy football.
Bills – Josh Allen
Who could have predicted Josh Allen would ascend into the AFC’s elite quarterback? The former Wyoming standout continues to electrify the NFL. After reshaping the Bills, the 2024 MVP is hungry for his first Super Bowl appearance. Even as fans endure the drought, Allen dominates fantasy production. Since 2020, he’s averaged at least 21 fantasy points per game for six straight seasons. Last year’s lower output isn’t surprising given the surrounding talent, but Allen shows no signs of slowing down. With new weaponry in D.J. Moore and UConn rookie Skylar Bell, he faces a new slate of threats. Not to mention his rushing ability, which helps him rack up rushing TDs and even broke Cam Newton’s rushing TD record. He may not have another Super Bowl yet, but he’s won countless fantasy championships. JOSH ALLEN IS UNSTOPPABLE. ESCAPES… PUMPS… THEN HURLS A 50-YARD THROW FALLING OUT OF BOUNDS RIGHT TO HIS WR. THE MOST TALENTED QUARTERBACK IN THE LEAGUE.
Patriots – TreVeyon Henderson
Step aside, AJ Brown; a record-setter now anchors this team. TreVeyon Henderson continues to defy the odds in both college and the NFL. By tying the NFL single-season record for the most rushing touchdowns of 50 yards or more, Henderson proves he’s built differently. Even when forced to take snaps behind Rhamondre Stevenson, Henderson takes every opportunity and makes defenses pay. Considering the Patriots’ strong Super Bowl run, Henderson is part of a team chasing continued success. Paired with a young quarterback who was a top MVP contender, Henderson is poised to surge beyond his 12.1 fantasy points per game. The Ohio State product is redefining the value of running backs, including his elite kickoff return ability. Simply put, Henderson could become a franchise-altering back, leaving fantasy managers eager for more.
The New England offense could climb to the next level if Henderson becomes a stronger pass-catching threat. Josh McDaniels could exploit defenses with versatile backs, and Henderson might be the most explosive option he’s ever had.
Dolphins – De’Von Achane
After surpassing 1,000 rushing yards in 2025, De’Von Achane was one of the Dolphins’ few bright spots last season. The 24-year-old running back remains in the mix as a top-five option in fantasy leagues, continuing to hold significant upside for fantasy managers.
