​Former Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou, who led the club from June 2023 to June 2025, has been appointed head coach of Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr. Based in Riyadh and captained by Cristiano Ronaldo, Al-Nassr clinched the Saudi Pro League title for the first time in May. The club had been coached by veteran Portuguese tactician Jorge Jesus, who left at the end of the previous campaign. Postecoglou, 60, born in Greece and raised in Australia, had been out of management since being sacked by Nottingham Forest last October after a 39-day spell. He has signed a two-year contract with Al-Nassr. During his time with Spurs, he guided the club to Europa League glory in 2025, after a prior successful spell with Celtic, where he won back-to-back Scottish Premiership titles. He has also worked as a pundit for ITV during the World Cup.
