The Detroit Pistons are set to kick off their 2K26 NBA Summer League campaign on Thursday with a matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers. The game, slated for a 5:30 p.m. Eastern start, will take place at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas and will be streamed on Amazon Prime. This game will serve as the unofficial introduction for Ebuka Okorie, the Pistons’ No. 17 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. Okorie has built a reputation as one of the most dynamic guards in the 2026 class, having averaged 23.2 points per game over 32 outings in his lone season at Stanford.
In addition to Okorie, center Ugonna Onyenso will also be making his unofficial debut for Detroit. The 7-foot prospect has established himself as a premier defensive presence in his class, averaging 2.1 blocks per game across five collegiate seasons. Onyenso led the ACC in total blocks last season with 105, becoming the conference’s only player to surpass the 100-block threshold. The Pistons selected him with the 55th pick in the draft. The summer squad also features second-year guard Chaz Lanier, who was chosen in the second round of the 2025 NBA Draft.
Following their opening game, the Pistons will hit the court in back-to-back matchups on July 12 and July 13. They are scheduled to face the Cleveland Cavaliers and the New York Knicks, with both games tipping off at 4 p.m. Eastern. Detroit closes out their Summer League slate on July 15 against the Phoenix Suns, with a 6 p.m. ET start. The Pistons’ final Summer League game will be determined and announced prior to the semifinals on July 18, as the tournament’s top four teams vie for a spot in the championship game on July 19.
For the sums of their Las Vegas appearances, all games at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion will be broadcast in Eastern Time. The Thursday game against Philadelphia begins at 5:30 p.m. and will be available on Prime Video. The July 12 and July 13 games against Cleveland and New York are set for 4 p.m. ET on Prime Video, while the July 15 matchup with Phoenix starts at 6 p.m. and will be shown on ESPNU. The Detroit Pistons’ participation in this year’s Summer League marks an opportunity for their young talents to showcase their potential on a national stage and for fans to catch a glimpse of the team’s evolving roster ahead of the regular season.
