​Since striking a deal to land Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo this offseason, the Miami Heat roster has been reshaped dramatically. Beauchamp’s value comes with limited true guarantees, as he previously signed an Exhibit 10 deal with Philadelphia that later converted to a two-way contract. He appeared in 14 games for the 76ers but contributed admirably during a stretch of injuries. At 25 years old, he could present another developmental project for Erik Spoelstra to cultivate, offering potential upside without a hefty price tag.
3) Jae’Sean Tate, Houston Rockets
Tate brings veteran savvy and a desire for a fresh start. At 30, he has spent the bulk of his career with Houston, earning a more defined role early on. As the Rockets pivoted toward a younger, win-now trajectory, Tate found himself buried deeper on the depth chart in recent seasons. The Heat could benefit from a reliable forward off the bench behind Antetokounmpo and Adebayo, with Tate providing steady minutes without a substantial financial commitment.
