Four-star combo guard Jordan Mize from Sierra Canyon in Chatsworth, California, has earned an offer from the Gonzaga Bulldogs. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound prospect carries a high ceiling and has already attracted multiple programs, holding offers from a wide range of schools including the San Francisco Dons, California Golden Bears, Sacramento State Hornets, San Diego Toreros, USC Trojans, Oregon Ducks, Oregon State Beavers, Washington Huskies, Arizona State Sun Devils, Utah Utes, TCU Horned Frogs, LSU Tigers, and Tennessee Volunteers.
Mize rose in the Rivals rankings while competing on the Nike EYBL circuit this spring and summer with the Northwest Rotary Rebels, a collaboration that features Portland’s Rose City Rebels and Seattle’s Seattle Rotary. The Sacramento, California native is currently ranked No. 20 in the Class of 2028, the No. 4 shooting guard, and the No. 5 overall prospect from California.
During the spring with the Rotary Rebels, Mize averaged 16.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.1 steals per game. He is developing into a versatile two-way threat, though his best assets show when he attacks downhill and finishes through contact, a tendency highlighted by his highlights from the Nevada Live Invitational in Las Vegas in late June. At 17 years old, he’s still growing and has a lot of raw potential to mold.
