Auburn’s 2027 recruiting haul now has 18 members, led by four-star linebacker Isaac McNeil, who committed to Auburn on June 2. Kamba’s commitment also boosts Auburn’s blue-chip count to eight. Kamba joins Donivan Moore as a 2027 defensive lineman to pledge to Auburn, and is the eighth defensive player to commit to Alex Golesh and the Auburn Tigers.. Kamba took visits to South Carolina and Auburn over the last two weekends and told Chad Simmons of Rivals that he would make his decision shortly after those rounds of visits concluded. He kept his word by choosing Auburn after taking his official visit over the weekend. Before his commitment, Auburn held a 26% prediction forecast from Rivals, with South Carolina shortly behind the Tigers at 18%.. Auburn now trails only Texas A&M, Florida, and Oklahoma for the top class in the SEC, and is ahead of several notable programs, including Texas, Georgia, Ole Miss, and Alabama. Expect Auburn’s recruiting success to continue as other top 2027 prospects, including four-star defensive lineman Karlos May, trend toward the Tigers..
