Up next is long-snapper Ross Matiscik, who wears number 46. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs 240 pounds, entering his 29th year with NFL experience in his seventh season. He attended Baylor University for college.
Matiscik joined the Jaguars in 2020 as an undrafted free agent and has since started 101 games for the franchise. Since 2023, he has earned Pro Bowl selections in all three seasons and has been recognized as a first-team All-Pro in 2023 and 2025, along with a second-team All-Pro honor in 2024. In the previous season, he ranked tied for third among long-snappers in tackles, contributing to 123 total special-teams tackles.
Recently, the Jaguars signed Matiscik to a contract extension that made him the highest-paid long-snapper in the NFL. He is the pivotal figure who sets the rhythm for punter Logan Cooke and kicker Cam Little, providing the stability that has enabled their success. The expectation is that he will continue to deliver that steady presence this season.
