The two top seeds in the men’s singles are set to clash in Sunday’s Wimbledon final, with defending champion Jannik Sinner taking on Alexander Zverev on Centre Court. The match is scheduled to begin no earlier than 16:00 BST. Sinner dashed Novak Djokovic’s hopes of claiming a record-equaling eighth men’s singles title at SW19 in the semi-finals, while Zverev, fresh from winning the French Open, advanced with a straight-sets victory over British wildcard Arthur Fery. Earlier, at 13:00, the women’s doubles final will be played, featuring Guo Hanyu and Kristina Mladenovic against Gabriela Dabrowski and Luisa Stefani.
From 11:00 on Court One, Great Britain’s Alfie Hewett faces Japan’s Tokito Oda in the men’s wheelchair singles final. Hewett, who also secured the doubles title with Gordon Reid on Saturday, is aiming to claim a second Wimbledon singles crown, while top seed Oda enters as the defending champion.
