Minor league update for 7/12/26

   ​Evan Siary, Hickory’s starter, delivered an outstanding performance, fanning ten batters over six shutout innings. Michael Trausch came on for a scoreless inning, recording one strikeout and one walk. Marcos Torres reached base four times, going 2-for-4 with a double and a homer. Yolfran Castillo also went deep, adding a walk and a stolen base to his line. Angel Arredondo went 2-for-4 with a double, and Dewar Tovar hit a homer. Marco Argudin added a double, and Daniel Flames collected a hit.
In the Hickory box score, D.J. McCarty started for Hub City, pitching five innings with six strikeouts, one walk, and allowing three runs, including a home run. Owen Proksch contributed a shutout inning with one strikeout.
Rehabbing Cody Bradford pitched one inning for Frisco, issuing two walks, one strikeout, and allowing a run. Josh Trentadue worked 2.1 innings, recording two strikeouts and one walk. Dylan Dreiling went 3-for-5, missing a cycle by a single. Rafe Perich had a banner game, going 3-for-5 with a double and two homers. Arturo Disla also went 3-for-4, adding a double and a homer. Keith Jones II hit a homer and drew a walk.
In the Frisco box score, rehabbing Jordan Montgomery pitched four innings for Round Rock, surrendering one run and recording a strikeout. Winston Santos tossed three innings, fanning three and walking one, allowing a run. Joe Ross delivered a scoreless inning. Wilian Bormie struck out two and walked one in a scoreless frame.
Josh Smith collected two hits, while John Taylor contributed a hit and a stolen base. Jarred Kelenic had a single and a walk, and Aaron Zavala added two hits. Round Rock’s box score highlighted these performances and provided a broader view of the team’s offensive output, including contributions from the lineup and the pitching staff as they navigated the game.
