3 Giants named to Pro Football Network top 100 players list

A trio of New York Giants has earned spots on the Pro Football and Sports Network’s Top 100 players list. Edge defender Brian Burns lands at No. 43, left tackle Andrew Thomas at No. 46, and wide receiver Malik Nabers at No. 85. Here is PFSN’s appraisal of each player.
Burns posted a 90.9 PFSN Impact score in 2025, ranking third among edge defenders behind only Myles Garrett and Aidan Hutchinson. That places him in impressive company. PFSN notes that Burns, who arrived in New York after a down year prior to the Giants’ acquisition in 2023, has found new life with the team. Over his two seasons in New York, he has consistently ranked among the top eight in PFN EDGE Impact Scoring, culminating in a No. 3 overall finish with a 90.9 score in 2025. His 16.5 sacks last season marked a career high and were second-best in the NFL. Since entering the league in 2019, he has accumulated 71.0 sacks, the fifth-most by any player in that span. Burns remains a proven sack artist and also posted an 86.0 run-defense score, placing him sixth among edge rushers last year.
Thomas logged an 86.4 PFSN Impact Score in 2025, the fourth-highest among NFL offensive tackles, trailing only Penei Sewell, Garrett Bolles, and Colton McKivitz. That score was the second-best of his career, behind his 88.6 from 2022. Only four offensive tackles ranked higher on PFSN’s Top 100 list: Sewell at No. 4, Bolles at No. 24, Jordan Mailata at No. 29, and Trent Williams at No. 30. PFSN highlights Thomas’s durability concerns in recent years, noting he missed a combined 18 games between 2023 and 2024. He did miss four games in 2025, but his improved availability and elite performance still earned him a high ranking. His 86.4 PFN OL Impact Score was fourth among all offensive tackles and second among all left tackles in 2025. Since 2022, Thomas has twice finished in the top four among all offensive tackles. He allowed only one sack across 448 pass-blocking snaps last season, and his 88.4 run-blocking score ranked sixth at his position. When healthy, he’s widely regarded as one of the NFL’s premier offensive linemen.
Nabers’s status remains uncertain due to injury. The Giants’ most explosive offensive weapon from the previous year, Nabers, had a standout rookie season in 2024 with 109 receptions and 1,204 receiving yards, earning a Pro Bowl nod in his first NFL season. His 2025 campaign was disrupted by a torn ACL suffered late in September, ending his year after just four games. PFSN emphasizes that, despite the injury setback, Nabers showed clear potential as a true wide receiver one for the Giants in 2024. With Jaxson Dart now in the lineup, Nabers could still reach lofty heights in 2026 if he returns fully healthy. PFSN’s assessment suggests his ceiling remains extremely high for the future, contingent on his recovery and continued development.
How PFSN arrived at these grades is explained in their methodology, which PFSN describes as a comprehensive analysis of on-field impact, consistency, and value to the team, rather than a simple tally of stats. The Top 100 list aims to capture players whose contributions translate to sustained advantage for their teams, factoring in position-specific metrics, overall play, and health considerations.
