She has also scored the most points by a rookie in a single half. She has also been the fastest to 300 points and 100 assists.All of this is a testament to how historically significant Olivia Miles‘ 2026 rookie campaign has been. She is currently averaging 18.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game. These numbers make her case for the Rookie of the Year award about as straightforward as it gets.Besides Olivia Miles, Kayla McBride also shone in the win against the Mercury. So I’ll give her the ball any night.”Together, the duo combined for 11 triples on the night, McBride knocking in six and Miles adding five. And their efficiency was equally impressive. McBride shot 66.7 percent from beyond the arc while Miles converted at 55.6 percent.McBride has, in fact, been a major contributor to the Lynx’s remarkable season throughout. Through 23 games, the veteran sharpshooter is putting up some of her best numbers in years: 16.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
