​The Iowa high school baseball season is winding down, which means the IHSAA baseball state tournament is nearly here. Play for all four classes will run from July 20-24. Class 1A and 2A will compete at Merchants Park in Carroll, while Class 3A and 4A will play at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids. Championship games for all four classes will take place on Friday, July 24. Teams in Class 1A and 2A punched their ticket to the state tournament on Tuesday night. Teams in Class 3A and 4A will qualify on Wednesday.
