It will travel along Market and disband at Third Street SE/SW. It will feature marching bands, antique cars, costumed characters, specialty entities, and nearly 100 units.∎ 6 to 8 p.m. The Pro Football Hall of Fame in partnership with the National Football League will host the free Play Football Skills Camp for children ages 10 to 14 at the ForeverLawn Sports Complex at Hall of Fame Village.A father and son enjoy the Fan Fest event outside the Pro Football Hall of Fame last summer despite the soggy weather. The Sugardale Fan Fest will be Aug. 5 to 9.∎ 10 a.m. The free Play Football First Play involves thousands of children passing a
