Because this cone tells the story of what happened this summer. What happened in Boston, what happened in Massachusetts.”One of the Scottish people who brought the cone over also commented, saying: “It’s an in-joke that’s gone too far, actually. But no, it isn’t a joke. This is a metaphor for life.“This is not just a silly cone. It means love. It means love, and that is the whole point.”As well as sending the cone, Glasgow and Boston are officially becoming twin cities, with a formal agreement expected to be put in place from April 2027.Read more:
