Haiti coach leaves post after World Cup

   ​Haiti have parted company with their World Cup coach Sebastien Migne.The Caribbean island nation qualified for the first time since 1974, finishing bottom of a tough Group C which featured Brazil, Morocco and Scotland.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementThey were eliminated after the first two games because of head-to-head record being given precedence over goal difference to settle group standings, but led twice against 2022 semi-finalists Morocco before succumbing to a 4-2 defeat.Frenchman Migne steered Haiti to the finals, having previously coached the national teams of Congo, Kenya and Equatorial Guinea.The Haitian federation described Migne’s exit as an “amicable agreement”.
