​The FSU Seminoles are turning to Ashton Daniels at quarterback, and they are hoping he can get the offense back on track after their recent struggles. One of the keys to success for FSU will be Daniels’ ability to get the ball to wide receiver Duce Robinson, who enters the season as the most proven player on their team.Both of them represented the Seminoles at ACC Kickoff on Wednesday, and Daniels was asked about what it is like to be able to throw to a player like Robinson. It’s more so who he is off the field and the work that he puts in every single day, it’s so special. From the day that I stepped into the facility, I could tell this is the guy, everyone looks up to this guy and he’s the leader of this team.”Seeing that pushes me every single day to be my best. It’s been a blessing, it’s crazy. All you gotta do is put it in his range, and he’s going to come down with it. He makes my job easy.”Robinson had a breakout 2025 season for the Seminoles, emerging as their top playmaker, and is looking to take another step as a senior in 2026. He finished last year with 56 receptions for 1,081 yards and six touchdowns, making the All-ACC First Team.
