His move from PSV Eindhoven was finalized during the World Cup, where he shone with three goals.However, he missed the quarter-final defeat by France with a hamstring injury and reports say his visit was partly for medical examinations.There has so far been no information on the expected length of his absence.Bayern resume pre-season training on Monday but he is expected to be allowed more time off following his World Cup exploits. Househunting may now be a priority, reports say.
