He was drafted in the seventh round last year out of Nevada after he played previously at Texas.As a rookie, he made the active roster and became a core special teams player. He played in 15 games, starting once. He logged 142 defensive snaps and 319 on special teams, totaling 20 total tackles and a pass breakup. He had nine special teams tackles, fifth on the team.Crawford enters the second year of his four-year contract. In 2026, he will make $1.005 million and his cap hit will be almost $1.04 million.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementCrawford is on the roster bubble, but might have a leg up on other guys because of his special teams play last season. Budda Baker, Rabbit Taylor-Demerson and Andrew Wingard should all be locks.
