While Indiana Fever superstar guard Caitlin Clark isn’t always right to get mad at the refs, she absolutely had a point while getting furious during Wednesday night’s home stand against the Golden State Valkyries. After the refs whiffed on a foul from Valkyries center Kiah Stokes on Clark that left her hurt after a tumble to the ground, the refs called Fever center Aliyah Boston for a questionable foul on the other side of the court.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementClark hobbled up the court after the no-call and fall and screamed at one referee over the sequence of events before briefly exiting the game to presumably getting a quick medical check in the tunnel.Clark never shies away from her frustrations with the officiating, but she was absolutely in the right on this one. A missed call left her hurting, and the refs immediately gave the Valkyries one on the court that could have gone either way.If the WNBA wants a healthy Clark draining 3-pointers, it can’t let easy fouls like this go uncalled. This is a bad look for the W officials; Clark not even getting a technical for the moment, just a warning, might hint the refs know they missed one on the other end.AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementShe did not before halftime, but she entered the game on a minutes restriction as she gets back in playing shape after missing time with a back injury. This article originally appeared on For The Win: Caitlin Clark yells at ref after missed foul leaves her injured
