​A Nebraska pitcher has signed an MLB contract. The White Sox have signed Grant Cleavinger, an undrafted free agent.Cleavinger is the fifth Husker to sign with a team. He struck out nine batters and held hitters to a .125 average.After starting his career at Tulane, Cleavinger appeared in 41 games in three seasons in Lincoln.
