ESPN set to part ways with NFL analyst Ryan Clark, per report

   ​The NFL offseason also extends to media that cover the NFL.Ryan Clark is part of the latest round of layoffs at ESPN, according to The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand. The news comes as NFL training camps get set to open with the calendar flipping from July to August.With that in mind, it is somewhat curious timing, especially as ESPN and ABC get set to broadcast Super Bowl 61 on Feb. 14, 2027.Clark was expected to be a major part of that broadcast, having contributed to plenty of the network’s NFL programming, from “NFL Live” to other shows like “Get Up!” and “First Take.”The 46-year-old also made appearances on “SportsCenter” with Scott Van Pelt after “Monday Night Football.” He joined the network in 2015 after a 13-year playing career.This story will be updated.This article originally appeared on USA TODAY: ESPN set to part ways with NFL analyst Ryan Clark, per report
