Walker Jenkins hit a leadoff homer on the first pitch of the game to give the St. Paul Saints an early lead Wednesday in Columbus, Ohio, before the game was eventually suspended in the third inning due to rain.Tristan Gray homered for St. Paul in the top of the second, while Ricky Castro didn’t allow a hit in his 2 1/3 innings pitched.It was Gray’s first homer for the Saints since being sent down by the Twins. Jenkins hit his eighth homer for St. Paul.The game will resume in the bottom of the third at 11:05 CDT time on Thursday.
