​Credit: The Snow LeagueThe Snow League will return to NBC for a second season.NBC Sports announced on Thursday that The Snow League, a ski and snowboard series created by Olympic snowboarder Shaun White, will return to NBC and Peacock for Season 2 beginning next month.Beginning in 2027, every Snow League event will stream live on both Peacock and The Snow League’s YouTube channel. Previously, the league’s events were limited to only Peacock. Additionally, NBC will air encore presentations of all four events throughout the season, three of which are scheduled for Sunday afternoon and one for Saturday afternoon.In total, Peacock will stream over 50 hours of live coverage for The Snow League this season. It’s unclear if any of that coverage will make its way to NBCSN, the revived cable network that carries Peacock-exclusive live sports, though the network is not mentioned in the press release.The first event of the season will stream live exclusively on The Snow League’s YouTube channel on Sept. 19 from Cardrona, New Zealand.
