Inclement weather forced more cancellations on the Week 1 high school football slate Friday a day after South San-Jefferson was canceled on opening night.A thunderstorm rolled through the San Antonio area Friday, forcing delays because of lightning and pouring rain. Southwest led Victoria East 14-0 late in the second quarter when officials called the game.
