The 25-year-old has been at the Shrimpers since late 2024 where he played 55 National League games, scoring 13 goals. He played a key role in Southend’s FA Trophy triumph last season, scoring twice in the semi-final before playing in the final where they beat Wealdstone in a penalty shootout. “Charley is a real threat with his pace in behind and has that all-important National League experience which we want to keep adding to the group,” manager Adam Hinshelwood told the club website.”His goal record speaks for itself and everyone is excited to have him through the door and see him represent our club.”National League
