I received the news the club had made a decision not to offer me a new contract, which of course makes me very, very sad. Everybody can see I give 100% for this club every single day in training.”I have good games and bad games like everyone, and always I give my best. I see Dominik and Ryan renewing their contracts, and that makes me happy as they deserve it, but at the same time it makes me sad as I didn’t get mine. But there is still time.”Mac Allister has also revealed that no direct negotiations took place with him personally, with all communication channeled through his agent, and Liverpool making it clear they were not in a position to extend his contract at this time, raising further uncertainty over his future at the club.To listen to the latest episode of ‘All Out Soccer’ – CLICK HEREHe said: “There was no direct conversation with me, it was with my agent. With Florian Wirtz deployed as the team’s No 10, it leaves Mac Allister, Szoboszlai and Gravenberch competing for two positions.The Reds ultimately decided against recruiting a new midfielder during the summer transfer window.
