Add The Sporting News as a Preferred Source by clicking here.The Los Angeles Dodgers have made a notable roster move amid their series with the Cincinnati Reds. According to Triple-A Oklahoma City broadcaster Alex Freedman, outfielder Alek Thomas was outrighted to the minors after clearing waivers. Thomas, who played seven games with the Dodgers after a trade from the Arizona Diamondbacks, was in Tuesday’s Triple-A lineup. “A couple of #Dodgers DFA resolutions: Both Alek Thomas and Ben Rortvedt cleared waivers and accepted assignments to OKC. Both are with the team today. Thomas in starting lineup.
