Of the SouthCoast’s seven high school field hockey teams, four — Apponequet, Bishop Stang, Dartmouth and Old Rochester — qualified for the MIAA playoffs a year ago. Only three of the area’s top 12 players from 2025 are back, opening the door for up-and-coming players to make a name for themselves.
