Um, hopefully we get to play at Scotiabank the rest of the way. But the fans were amazing.”Clark was clearly not looking to criticise Toronto’s supporters, instead taking time to praise the reception the Tempo have received during their inaugural season.“Like, it’s been cool even when I watch them on TV. Like, every single night it seems like this place is packed, and the way Canada has just really rallied around this team and supported them.”She also praised Tempo coach Sandy Brondello and the team’s fans, saying she had “a lot of respect for everybody that’s on that side” before adding that she had enjoyed both games in Toronto. The comment was not Clark’s first light-hearted complaint about the conditions in Toronto. Earlier in the season, she joked that it was “a million degrees in here” during a game against the Tempo.Photo by Michael Reaves/Getty ImagesOn the court, Clark and Kelsey Mitchell did most of the talking. Mitchell scored 33 points to set a WNBA season scoring record, while Clark matched her season-high 14 assists. The Fever now sit at 27-14 with only three regular-season games remaining before the playoffs.Their next game comes at home against the Washington Mystics on Sunday, while Toronto will face the New York Liberty in its final home game.Read more:Caitlin Clark produces another record-breaking moment as Indiana Fever beat Toronto Tempo 103-85‘Kelsey Mitchell saves the Fever’-Fans react as Caitlin Clark and Indiana beat Toronto Tempo 103-85Nneka Ogwumike reveals ‘first thing’ she would change as WNBA commissioner
