​The headliners for UFC 334 are officially locked in, and the company’s annual Madison Square Garden card is shaping up to be another massive event. The November 14 card will feature two title fights at the top, with Ciryl Gane making his first heavyweight title defense against Josh Hokit in the main event.In the co-main event, Kayla Harrison will finally return from surgery to defend her bantamweight title against former two-division champion Amanda Nunes, who is coming out of retirement for the blockbuster matchup.The top of the card was officially revealed during the UFC 331 broadcast, putting an end to plenty of speculation surrounding the MSG event. That opened the door for Hokit, who enters the biggest fight of his career with an undefeated 10-0 record. The outspoken heavyweight has quickly made a name for himself since joining the UFC through Dana White’s Contender Series in 2025, going 4-0 inside the Octagon.Hokit has picked up three wins in the span of six months, including a one-sided knockout of Derrick Lewis at UFC White House and a wild Fight of the Year contender against Curtis Blaydes at UFC 327.Gane, meanwhile, became a two-time interim champion when he knocked out Alex Pereira at UFC White House. Dana White previously said that Gane would not be elevated from interim champion to undisputed status without fighting again. However, the official graphic and UFC 331 broadcast now list Gane as the undisputed heavyweight champion heading into UFC 334.The co-main event brings together two of the biggest names in women’s MMA. Harrison was originally scheduled to face Nunes at UFC 324 in January, but the Olympic gold medalist was forced to withdraw while undergoing neck surgery. She will now finally make her first title defense after beating Julianna Pena to capture the bantamweight championship at UFC 316.Harrison already had an impressive resume before arriving in the UFC. She became the first woman to win Olympic gold in judo twice, taking gold at the 2012 London and 2016 Rio Games.
