Clemson was trailing this game heading into the fourth quarter but ended up outscoring North Carolina 13-3 in the final frame in order to secure the win.After the game, head coach Dabo Swinney spoke on the vibes in his team’s locker room as a result of the win.“I was saying on the TV show, like, you could cure cancer with what was in that locker room,” he said, per Ralph D. Russo of The Athletic. “That type of strength and joy and togetherness and synergy and just man, I wish I wish the world could experience that. It just creates that confidence,” Swinney said. “Because these kids get so much negativity. Oh my God!
