It should be noted that this injury report comes on a day where the Green Bay Packers didn’t practice, but there are a few interesting names on the list.In total, 11 players have an injury designation, with six of those being listed as “did not participate” in practice.Knowing this is the first report ahead of a short week, it’s quite alarming to see a guy like rookie cornerback Brandon Cisse appear on the report.Thursday Night Football is right around the corner, so the Packers want to make sure they get as many of these injuries cleared up as quickly as possible.Every Packers player on the Week 3 injury reportOffensive lineman Zach Bako-Bewele (knee)Offensive guard Aaron Banks (knee/toe)Defensive tackle Warren Brinson (calf)Defensive tackle Anthony Campbell (ankle)Cornerback Brandon Cisse (teeth)Linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (shoulder)Defensive tackle Javon Hardgrave (knee/concussion)Offensive guard/tackle Donodvan Jennings (hand)Wide receiver Bo Melton (neck)Wide receiver Jayden Reed (neck)Cornerback Benjamin St-Juste (hamstring)Six Packers listed as DNPOf those 11, the six who were listed as “did not participate” are Bako-Bewele, Banks, Brinson, Campbell, Jennings, and Reed.Bako-Bewele and Reed’s designations come as no surprise, especially after what head coach Matt LaFleur said about Bako-Bewele’s injury potentially being a long-term thing. As for Reed, the star wideout’s injury was later clarified to be a back injury, not anything in his neck, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky. Either way, it’s safe to assume neither will be playing with such a short turnaround from the team’s 20-17 overtime victory against the New York Jets.Three players listed as limitedThe following players showed up on the first injury report with the “limited participation” tag: Cisse, Cooper, and Hargrave.Cisse’s name appearing was a huge surprise. Teeth injuries aren’t common, so this could’ve been a simple dental procedure he underwent knowing the team didn’t have practice today.Cooper and Hargrave are two key pieces to the defensive puzzle, but someone like Hargrave is going to have a hard time clearing concussion protocol with only two more full days before the game. Two players fully participated Even though there was no practice, it was great to see Melton and St-Juste listed as full participants. There’s no world where all 11 of these players don’t suit up for Week 3, but it’s going to be hard for some of them to be removed from the injury report altogether.
