Along with their new home will come some new voices.On Friday, the MN Timberwolves officially announced their 2026-27 broadcast roster, which is now headlined by two new, veteran play-by-play voices that come in with big-time national bravado: Kevin Calabro and Jon “Boog” Sciambi. Meghan McPeak, an Emmy Award-winning broadcaster with experience across the NBA, WNBA and international competition, joins as the new sideline reporter and studio show host for road games.Minnesota TimberwolvesThe release doesn’t spell out how the schedule will be split. However, Howard Sinker of The Daily Agenda, who first reported the hires on Thursday, said Calabro and Sciambi were expected to call the majority of the Wolves’ schedule.If Calabro’s voice sounds familiar, it should. He spent 21 seasons as the play-by-play voice of the Seattle SuperSonics starting in 1987, before he moved up the coast to Portland, where he called Trail Blazers games for nine seasons.
