So when Jahmyr Gibbs scampered in the end zone for his second touchdown of the day—and electric 17-yard run—he wanted to honor the former Lions coach. After reversing field and finding paydirt, Gibbs mimicked Glenn’s iconic sideline celebration from the 2025 season. In three games, Gibbs has 307 yards rushing (4.7 YPC), four rushing touchdowns, and another 158 yards receiving, along with two more touchdowns through the air. Through it all, Gibbs maintains his cheery attitude and keeps the game fun, like with this celebration—and he even clicked his heels when strutting into the end zone against the Jets for Detroit’s game-winning score.“I always have fun,” Gibbs said. “Every time I’m out there I treat it just like a game.
