​If you look at Josh Allen’s stat line in the run game on Sunday during Buffalo’s 24-16 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, you might not think that anything was special about it. But a closer look at the NFL record books shows that Allen did something that no NFL quarterback has ever accomplished on Sunday.The Bills quarterback tallied 22 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns on eight carries. And while 22 yards in the run game is nothing in particular to write home about, those two touchdowns were notable. It wasn’t all pretty for Allen, as he did throw interceptions on back-to-back plays after 195 straight pass attempts without one. But by virtue of his dangerous legs, Allen still helped his team secure a win and made NFL history in the making.Over the course of his career, Allen now has 4,835 rushing yards and 85 rushing touchdowns, with the latter number being good for the NFL record for rushing touchdowns by a quarterback.
