Titans reveal concerning injury news ahead of Week 4 game

His involvement was limited, however, as he recorded just three carries for five yards in the Titans’ 12-7 loss.Through three games in 2026, Spears has 13 carries for 38 rushing yards and has yet to score a touchdown. He has also contributed in the passing game, catching four of six targets for 41 yards.The Titans will need to monitor Spears closely over the next few days before making a final decision on his status. The fourth-year running back had a difficult 2025 campaign, recording career lows in carries and rushing yards.
