(KCAU) – Nebraska football’s historic start continued after Saturday’s 48-23 victory against Maryland at Memorial Stadium, giving the Huskers its first 2-0 Big Ten mark since 2017, setting up a marquee matchup against the defending national champion Indiana Hoosiers.Nebraska is set for its fifth home game of the season, welcoming in a defending national champion for the first time since 2006.The Huskers, who are off to its best start since 2016, will be playing its first ranked opponent of the season.Big Red’s offense is averaging 43.6 points per game while the defense is allowing 14.2 points per game, both among the nation’s top 25.The group spoke on the opportunity at hand and what it means to play this game at home.”We’ve been sarting off slow.
