The Green Bay Packers have started shaping their offensive approach around Jayden Reed’s absence. The Packers called 13 personnel on only 1.39% of their plays last year, but that figure has surged to 14.89% in 2026. Their use of 12 personnel has climbed as well, rising from 25% to 33.7%. Put together, those two packages now account for more than 48% of Green Bay’s offensive snaps with at least two tight ends on the field.Tucker Kraft has played 208 snaps through the first four games of the season, appearing on 82% of the Packers’ offensive plays.
