Tunisia is already eliminated from World Cup 2026 ahead of Thursday’s showdown against the Netherlands, but it can still heavily impact the final finishing order in Group F. De Oranje travel to Arrowhead Stadium, sitting atop the pool but are still level with Japan on both points and goal difference ahead of the group’s closing round.

Ronald Koeman’s side can therefore not afford to let their foot off the gas in Kansas City, where a win would at the very least guarantee a top-two finish. However, whether the Dutch finish up in first or second place will depend on the end result in Japan’s clash with Sweden in the simultaneous Thursday kick-off.
De Oranje looked irresistible in a 5-1 thrashing of the Swedes last time out and will surely finish top of the pile if they can replicate that performance. Hervé Renard may therefore look to make a host of changes for his side’s World Cup farewell, having only been at the helm and gotten to know his squad for barely a week. Koeman, on the other hand, is unlikely to make many changes and should keep Brian Brobbey up front following his brace against Sweden, while Crysencio Summerville is in contention for a recall after netting two goals in as many World Cup outings.
