BRANDON, S.D. (KELO) — Brandon Valley Post 131 and Sioux Falls East Post 15 split their Legion baseball doubleheader on Thursday night.
Post 15 won the first game by a final of 7-2 and scored one run in each inning from the third thorugh the sixth before blowing the game open in the top half of the seventh to cruise to victory.

In game two, Brandon Valley got on the board immediately in the bottom of the first with an RBI single, but that would be it for a few innings.
Post 131 game two starter Luke Felderman went four shutout innings, including escaping a bases loaded no out jam in the top of the third.
In the bottom of the fourth BV added another run and put up three across each of their next two half innings to claim a 5-2 win in game two for the split.
