Three CIAC boys basketball teams and a five-star UConn men’s basketball recruit will be a part of the Panini Hoophall Classic when it celebrates its 25th anniversary Jan. 14-18, 2027 at Springfield College.UConn recruit Jordan Page, from IMG Academy and ranked 11th on ESPN’S SC NEXT 100 for the Class of 2027, is playing a pair of games: on Jan. 15 against Iowa Prep at 11 a.m. and Jan. 16 at noon against Dynamic Prep (Texas). Notre Dame-West Haven will open the 33-game slate on Jan. 14 against Central Catholic (Mass.) Tip-off is at 1 p.m. Windsor follows in the next game at 3 p.m. against Andover (Mass.) East Catholic plays on Jan. 17 at 9 a.m. against Coronado (Nev).All three teams finished among the top 10 in the final GametimeCT boys basketball poll last season: Notre Dame, a CIAC Division I tournament semifinalist, was third, followed by Windsor, the Division II champion, in fourth and East Catholic inm eighth.Also, St. Thomas More plays against Cushing Academy (Mass.) on Jan. 15 at 9 p.m.All 33 games representing 20 states are boys games.
