Adrian Wooley ready for his starring role with Louisville basketball

By admin — In yahoo — July 1, 2026

This episode of The C.L. Brown Show features Louisville basketball guard Adrian Wooley, the Cardinals’ lone returning player from last year’s rotation. Wooley says he’s ready to take on more responsibility this season and helps bring the 12 newcomers — nine transfers and three freshmen — up to speed with coach Pat Kelsey and his many acronyms. He explains that the first step is avoiding “BCD,” which stands for “blame, complain or defend.” Wooley, who transferred from Kennesaw State in 2025, acknowledges he didn’t play to his standard last season. He’s eager to reclaim a starting role after ending 2025-26 strong, averaging 11.4 points across his final seven starts, five points higher than his season average.
