The 6-foot-4, 280-pound senior for the Bixby Spartans is the No. 25th ranked 2027 high school player in the country and the No. 2 prospect in Oklahoma, according to 247Sports. With the Sooners currently holding the No. 5 recruiting class for 2027, signing Penny along with other offensive line commits Cooper Hackett, Isaac Coughran, Tyson Ross and Jaxon Lawler would give the Sooners a huge boost on the depth chart going into the 2027 season.
