Pep maintains a very good relationship with Bayern bossesThe former Bayern coach is freshly retired from Manchester City, just as the Premier League club has been rocked by the prospect of upcoming sanctions over its financial operations.The setting appears to be purely social, though that did not stop Bild from making an inquiry. Reportedly, Guardiola himself requested that current Bayern coach Vincent Kompany — a former player of his at City — join the dinner as well, but Kompany was out of town.Hoeneß gave a quote to Bild: “It’s true that we met. Pep, Karl-Heinz and I share a very close friendship. We had a wonderful evening.
