Bayern Munich prez maintained unspoken rule before Ismael Saibari and Nathaniel Brown transfers

During the World Cup, Bayern Munich managed to recruit two promising talents who shone on the international stage: Ismael Saibari, a Moroccan-born versatile midfielder from PSV Eindhoven, and Nathaniel Brown, a German prospect emerging from Eintracht Frankfurt. Both players impressed with their performances and potential, convincing Bayern to act in pursuit of reinforcing their squad. The club secured these signings for a sum that was reportedly lower than the asking prices from their previous clubs, a result that seemed to fit Bayern’s strategic approach during the window. However, Bayern’s president, Herbert Hainer, adhered to a self-imposed precautionary rule regarding public discussion of potential transfers prior to official confirmation. He explained that while both players are indeed excellent additions, he would not comment on hypothetical moves. “We have a very strong squad, there’s no doubt about that,” Hainer stated, as captured by the X account @iMiaSanMia. “If we do pursue additions, they will be targeted reinforcements, addressing specific needs in both attack and defense.” With Brown and Saibari now formally part of the club, Bayern faces the practical task of offloading certain players to free up space and resources for future signings. The emphasis remains on maintaining squad balance and ensuring that any further acquisitions align with the club’s long-term strategy and financial discipline. As the market evolves, Bayern’s approach continues to center on smart, value-focused moves, integrating new talents who can contribute immediately while preserving the team’s core structure.
