I’m feeling very positive about things – it’s always a process. When you set things in motion in the youth ranks, it always takes a while to see the results. We have a very good dialogue; it’s important that the focus is on the individual players. It has to be looked at on a case-by-case basis. That’s why communication is so important. We’re in a very strong position, and I’m confident we’ll continue to make progress. We’re also in a very strong position when it comes to scouting. However, there’s always plenty to do, and we still have a lot planned,” said Freund (as captured by @iMiaSanMia). Freund’s emphasis on individual development is especially important. Every young player progresses differently, and Bayern Munich must understand what each prospect needs at every stage of their development. The sporting director also praised the club’s scouting structure, making it clear that Bayern Munich is focused on both improving the players already at the campus and identifying the next generation of talent. The impact of these changes may take time to become fully visible, but the direction appears positive. Bayern are working to make the campus an even more important part of the club’s future, with communication, patience, and personalized development at the center of the project. There is plenty of work still to do, but Freund is confident that Bayern Munich moving in the right direction.Join the conversation!Sign up for a user account and get:New, improved notifications system!Fewer adsCreate community postsComment on articles, community postsRec comments, community posts
