​BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Another Binghamton Black Bears three-time champion has officially decided to hang up the skates following this past season’s Commissioner’s Cup title.Kyle Stephan has announced his retirement following winning the last three FPHL titles with the team, where he signed in the 2023/24 season. In his career at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena, he would play in just 86 regular-season games, but would finish with a total of 33 goals and 52 assists. Across 24 playoff games with the Black Bears, he would tag four goals and add on eight assists.
