He scored 662 goals over 21 years in Europe and now hopes to showcase his talents stateside.As the Fever came to town, Lewandowski met up with another elite scorer, but in the world of basketball.Caitlin Clark meets up with Robert LewandowskiClark met Lewandowski at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago before the Fever vs. Sky game, as Lewandowski was in attendance. The pair had a brief conversation and a photo-op.Clark put on a show with the soccer star courtside, dropping 37 points with 10 assists in a high-scoring 113-90 win over the Sky.Lewandowski has scored three goals in six MLS appearances for the Sky this season. He scored 14 times for the Spanish league-winning FC Barcelona last year.Lewandowski was a guest of the Sky for this game and was seen exchanging jerseys with Sky guard Natasha Cloud, who led her team in scoring with 16 points on the night.Photo by Joseph Weiser/Icon Sportswire via Getty ImagesLewandowski brought a customised No. 9 Fire jersey with Cloud’s name and took home one of Cloud’s Sky jerseys. While he had to watch his new home team lose, it was a great introduction to the WNBA for the Polish star.Clark was an elite high school soccer prospect, reportedly scoring 26 goals in six games and being named first-team All-State as a freshman.However, Clark quit the sport to focus on her rising basketball career as a nationally renowned prospect.
